Who are we ?

Torrent de Juià, SL is a real estate development company that develops houses and sells them through a new method called the Sistema Torrent. This new home selling method has two unique characteristics:

 

1.- It includes the option of trying a property by staying there, living in it for two days without the need to rent or buy it.
2.- It finishes with the allocation of the property through the holding of a private, voluntary and by attendance auction.

 

The Sistema Torrent allows us to sell our own houses in a quick, transparent and safe way at the real market price.
This selling system is what we also offer to any person or company that wants to sell a house in these conditions.

 

Torrent de Juià, SL’s mission is to develop and sell high quality houses that allow its customers to enjoy life to the full, living in a place where this is possible.
We know that buying a house is something very special and also very important. You have to be absolutely convinced, especially when it is your future home, and reflect on your decision calmly. Enjoying life to the full mainly depends on how satisfied you are with your home. That is why we believe that the best way to take a decision of this type is through a sensorial experience in the form of the possibility of living two days in a potential future home. The Sistema Torrent is the only one that offers you this possibility.

 

Related to the idea of helping people to enjoy life to the full, we are also aware of the great number of people that, due to different situations, cannot enjoy his life as much as they would like to. For this reason Torrent de Juià S.L. has decided to give part of its ordinary and extraordinary income over to cooperate with charitable organizations. As an example, to mark the launch of the Sistema Torrent, Torrent de Juià S.L. will donate in a systematic and indefinite way the 0.1% of all the sale bids and the 4% of the initial bid of the first bidder unit (BU) that “interrupts” an auction, to the José Carreras International Leukaemia Foundation. By doing so we want to contribute to making the world a bit better and to help people, especially children, to enjoy their lives as mush as possible.

 

To explain the Sistema Torrent, Explanatory Presentations are held periodically and before the auction in the property to be auctioned, which presents an opportunity to visit it. Dates and timetable can be consulted in "Explanatory Presentations".
