What services do we offer ?

Torrent de Juià, SL offers any person or organization that wants to buy or sell a house or other types of real estate, the new Sistema Torrent.

Sistema Torrent offers different types of services, which vary depending on whether one wishes to sell or to buy and what one wants to sell or to buy.

From a seller’s point of view, if he or she wants to sell a house, this system offers four basic services:

1. - Initial legal advice by Torrent de Juià, SL.
2.- The possibility of coordinating stays of two days inside the property with potential buyers.
3. - Private, voluntary and by attendance auctions (P.V.A.A.), carried out within the same property being auctioned (whenever possible).
4. - Advice until the signing of the Public Registration of Sale before a Notary.

Clearly if it is not a house, point two related to stays does not apply, though the other three do.

From a buyer’s point of view, if he or she wants to buy a house, we must add a fifth service related to funding:

1. - Initial legal advice by Torrent de Juià, SL.
2.- The possibility of coordinating stays of two days inside the property with potential buyers.
3. - Previous funding advice through partners:
It should be remembered that bids made at the auction does not include any tax or additional spending. If you want to know the final cost of a bid should it be the winning bid, use our Final Cost Simulator on the homepage of this site. Only by introducing the opening and the winning bids in the auction, it will give an estimate of the final cost, including all taxes and additional costs (Notary, Land Registration Office, etc.). If funding is required to carry out the operation, you can also use our Mortgage Fee Simulator. Entering the amount requested, the duration of the loan, the official Euribor and the differential negotiated with the Bank, it calculates the fee that should be paid each month.

To explain the Sistema Torrent, Explanatory Presentations are held periodically and before the auction in the property to be auctioned, which presents an opportunity to visit it. Dates and timetable can be consulted in "Explanatory Presentations".
